To receive ACC-covered treatment, your claim must be approved and less than one year old. If your claim is declined, the cost of treatment will need to be paid privately.
As the clinic ​is often booked 3 - 4 weeks in advance, we recommend scheduling 2 - 3 follow-up appointments at the time of your first appointment. This helps keep your treatments approximately one week apart and avoids long gaps between sessions.
